Meet Olivia

Olivia Dahlin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #48799) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC #50) with over 17 years of experience in mental health services. For 14 years, she led and managed a Mental Health Treatment program for students in Alternative Education settings. Her extensive work with adolescents, many of whom faced challenges such as substance abuse and involvement in the juvenile justice system, has deepened her understanding of systemic oppression and its impact on marginalized groups. These experiences have shaped her approach, grounded in cultural humility and empathy.

In addition to her work with youth, Olivia has significant experience supporting adults through various life challenges. She is extensively trained in addressing Stress & Trauma, Grief & Loss, Depression, Anxiety, Behavioral Concerns, Adoption, and Attachment. Her compassionate, client-centered approach makes her a trusted ally for individuals at all stages of life.

“One of my greatest joys is working with children, teenagers, young adults, and adults as they navigate life's complexities and uncover who they are meant to be. Your healing is important to me, and we will work collaboratively to identify and address the patterns, beliefs, or behaviors that may be hindering your growth. Therapy can be deeply transformative, though not always easy. Together, we will progress at a pace that honors your unique needs and goals.”
